Due to the nature of our personal care products we do not offer a refund with the exception that products are damaged or defective. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This website is operated by FEROMALUX LLC, doing business as La China Lux Tarot terms apply to all product purchases and Divine Experience and www.FEROMALUX.com website. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to La China Lux. La China Lux offers the Services, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated herein. “Coach” refers to the individual performing the Services on behalf of La China Lux. “You” or the “Client” refers to the individual using the Services and if you use the Services on behalf of a corporation, LLC, partnership, or other business entity, then the term “you” shall include that business entity and any individuals associated therewith using our Services. “Agreement” for purposes of these Terms of Service refers to your agreement with La China Lux on the terms of these Terms of Service. The Services contracted shall be that of life coaching, as set out in the Divine Experience Services or as may be mutually agreed to by you and La China Lux.
Our Services are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older World Wide including the United States or any of its territories or possessions. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Services.
The Services provided by La China Lux are generally conducted via Google Hangout. Divine Coaching is a partnership focused on developing the Client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities in order to help the Client identify and achieve his/her life goals. In any spiritual and/or business coaching conversations, La China Lux will be direct and honest and encourage the Client to do the same. The success of the coaching engagement depends upon the Client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the Client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the Client agrees to communicate this to the Coach.
Please note that life, business, or spiritual coaching should not be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and La China Lux will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. TERMS OF COACHING
I invite you to think of Coaching as a process -- a journey. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, to refine and sustain the change takes several months or more. Although not binding, La China Lux would advise that you expect our Coaching relationship to last for at least three (3) months for all spiritual and/or business executive coaching advisory services.
We fully protect the privacy and confidentiality of the communications with its Clients. At no time will Divine Experience voluntarily divulge the coaching relationship between themselves and their Clients without written permission from the Clients, unless required to do so by law. Clients must also keep Google Hangout sessions confidential. This means no screen recording or audio recording of any sort without the express written consent of La China Lux.

Coaching fees are paid in advance of sessions. Payment for La China Lux’s Coaching Sessions is to be made online through PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or Zelle. In the event the Client fails to pay any amount due by 24-hours prior to the scheduled session, it may be cancelled at the Coach’s discretion.
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to call the Coach at an agreed upon number. The Coach and Client commit to start and finish each session on time. If the Client is more than 10 minutes late for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the session is cancelled and the Client will forfeit the session fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND NON REFUNDABLE
We are unable to give refunds after we receive payment and send an invite to you via Google Meet. However, we will make every effort to reschedule sessions. If you choose to reschedule, your payment will be applied toward your next appointment. Bear in mind, we will only allow one reschedule per appointment, so please be absolutely certain your rescheduled time will work. There is no refund for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and/or no-shows and your fee may NOT be credited towards future sessions. Please understand that if you are unable to attend, it means that we have been holding that spot for you and may not be able to re-book it.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the other party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Client shall not be relieved of any obligations to pay fees due to Divine Experience solely because of the termination of this Agreement if Client terminates this Agreement less than 24 hours before a planned and paid for session.
You have the right to ask for more clarification should something be unclear. It is your time, you paid for it, and you have the right to understand what is going on. However, please try not to spend too much time asking questions about our process so that our time is properly focused on your substance of your sessions, and so that our focus doesn’t dissipate. We will be honest and upfront with you about our abilities, and what we can and cannot do or provide for you. At all times we will endeavor to present information and advice to you responsibly, and with integrity. We will likely advise you on certain courses of action to take, but that does not mean we are telling you what to do. That is not our role. Your decisions are 100% your own, and we do not, and will not, impede your free will.
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning your session. In the event that there is an error in the email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for the Services are subject to change without notice, in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We have made every effort to display our products and services accurately. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
